Consultations

Initial consultations booked through this website are free and carry no obligation to proceed with a paid engagement.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects follow a milestone-based payment structure detailed in your quotation. Work may pause if agreed payment milestones are not met.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, and content created specifically for your project) transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal processes remain the property of TheMaverik.

Revisions

Revision rounds included in a project are defined in your quotation before work begins. Additional revisions beyond that scope may be billed separately.

Third-Party Services

Where a project involves third-party platforms (hosting, domain registrars, ad platforms, payment gateways), those platforms' own terms and fees apply independently of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TheMaverik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered websites, campaigns, or automations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction over any disputes.
